CLASP
The following resources are for your use in family support practice.
The information has been gathered and produced by the Collaborative
Learning Across Service Providers (CLASP) Committees, part of the
Smart Start teams.
The purpose of these guides is to help family support providers
build a common understanding of one another’s work. As a result,
we will be more effective in our work with families in our community.
The Kellogg Foundation has provided the funding for the production
of these guides.
Due to the natural changes occurring in communities and systems,
your resource guide will grow and require updates over time. To
submit updates, please complete and send electronically the blank
resource guide pages beginning at the end of the documents.
The Smart Start teams hope you will find plenty of opportunities
to use this resource!
