Meet the Staff
Janice Edgerton, Executive Director
Vance Davidson, Deputy Director
Vance came to the Partnership in September of 2001 after a twenty-nine year career as a trust banker and lawyer. In addition to his duties as Deputy Director, Vance is responsible for the development, communication and outreach efforts of the Partnership. He has been involved in not for profit work as an avocation for over thirty years and as a vocation since 2001.

Heidi Krape, Office Manager
Heidi has been with the Partnership since May 2001.
Robin Minick, Project Manager
Robin has been working with non-profits for more than two decades. Her work with Partnership began with the SPARK initiative, connecting families with resources that could help them better prepare their children for school. In her current role as Project Manager, Robin supports Smart Start funded projects, community collaboratives, and state-wide efforts to better connect families, schools, and communities as they work together to support the success of our childen.
Terri Sanger, More at Four Director
Kelly Vreeland, Fiscal Officer
Kelly is a nonprofit professional with over 10 years experience in leading the accounting, operations, human resources and information technology functions of the organizations she serves. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management.
